Volunteer Agreement Form 13615

All VITA/TCE volunteers must complete the volunteer training standards, sign Form 13615 (Voluntary Standards of conduct agreement) and a voluntary position agreement. Tempe Community Council is a sponsor of the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program and requires all volunteers who participate in the program to sign a VITA Rules Agreement form in which they confirm that they have read the IRS Standards of Conduct and agree to abide by them. The mission of the VITA/TCE tax preparation programs is to help eligible taxpayers meet their tax obligations by offering free filing of tax returns.
